Our Year 8 Root’d Residential was truly one to remember!

From abseiling, archery and rock climbing to shelter building, knife carving, tracking and even camouflaging, students threw themselves into every challenge with enthusiasm, resilience and fantastic teamwork.

Throughout the experience, they supported one another, built confidence and embraced life outdoors.

The evenings were just as special, ending with cosy campfires, toasted marshmallows and lots of laughter, before rounding off the residential with a fun and engaging woodland quiz.

It was an incredible experience for both students and staff, creating memories that will last well beyond the week itself.
