Year 9 Robotics Club

Over the last 10 weeks, students have been working incredibly hard on their Lego Spike robots, developing both their engineering and coding skills through teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving.

Recently, the students had the exciting opportunity to present their latest robot designs to the Amazon team, who visited to offer advice and feedback ahead of the final challenge taking place on 6 July.

The volunteers were extremely impressed with the progress the students had made, praising both the innovative models and the coding skills demonstrated throughout the presentations.

The project has been a fantastic experience for everyone involved, and students are now making final improvements to their robots in preparation for the big challenge.

We are all looking forward to seeing the final products and celebrating the students’ hard work and achievements!
