Celebrating Black History Month with Sip and Paint

Following the Black History Month-themed staff lunch in October, where staff enjoyed delicious Caribbean food, yesterday we celebrated another initiative with a relaxing and creative Sip and Paint evening.

Inspired by Black History Month, staff embraced the chance to express their creativity, producing some truly impressive artwork while enjoying a relaxed atmosphere filled with food and music.

The evening revealed many hidden talents across the Academy, with teachers creating beautiful portraits and landscape pieces inspired by culture, heritage and the themes explored during Black History Month.

It was a wonderful reminder of the creativity within the HABS community and the importance of taking time to celebrate and reflect on our heritage.
