Celebrating Long Service at Our Academy 3rd March 2026
On 3 March, we took a moment as a school community to celebrate and recognise members of staff who have dedicated 10 or more years of service to our academy and to the wider Harris Federation.
Long service recognition is an important opportunity to thank colleagues for their commitment, professionalism, and the lasting impact they have had on our students and the wider school community. Teaching and supporting young people is both rewarding and challenging, and the dedication shown by staff who have given a decade or more of their careers to education is truly remarkable.
As part of the recognition across the Federation, staff who have reached 10 years of continuous service with Harris received certificates and commemorative pin badges. These tokens mark significant milestones and acknowledge the many years of hard work, care, and passion that our colleagues have brought to their roles.
Within our academy, we were delighted to celebrate these achievements together. It was a wonderful opportunity to reflect on the contributions these staff members have made over the years—supporting students, strengthening our school community, and helping our academy grow and succeed.
We are incredibly proud to work alongside such dedicated professionals and are grateful for the experience, knowledge, and stability they bring to our academy. Their continued commitment plays a vital role in shaping the positive learning environment we strive to provide for our students every day.
Congratulations and thank you to all colleagues celebrating these important milestones. Your dedication makes a real difference.
