On Tuesday evening staff and Sixth Form students came together for a heartwarming Christmas celebration filled with food, reflection, music, and festive cheer. The evening began with a delicious spread of food generously donated by staff and students.

Today marks the last day of Anti-Bullying Week, and we’re learning how to recognise when someone might be experiencing bullying. Look out for changes in mood, behaviour, confidence, or friendships and always speak to a trusted adult if you’re worried about someone.

Year 10 Learn About Food Industry Careers

On Thursday 18th November, all Year 10 students took part in a webinar with IGD. 

Our students had the opportunity to meet industry professionals and gain insight into the variety of job roles available within the food industry.

The industry professionals who took part in the session work within many different job roles such as engineering, design, marketing and IT, broadening the horizons of our students.

They were also asked to think about what they already know about the industry. It turns out most of the answers were surprising to them, for example there are 3.9 million jobs in the food industry.
