Today marks the last day of Anti-Bullying Week, and we’re learning how to recognise when someone might be experiencing bullying. Look out for changes in mood, behaviour, confidence, or friendships and always speak to a trusted adult if you’re worried about someone.

Our Air Our Action! Wandsworth Local Authority are working with MP Smarter Travel to inspire student to travel sustainably around Wandsworth. They presented the 'Our Air Our Action' sustainable travel assembly, holding a workshop after!

Celebrating Outstanding Success at the Harris Federation Year 7 Maths Challenge! We are proud to share the outstanding achievements of our Year 7 students who recently represented our school at the prestigious Harris Federation Year 7 Maths Challenge. We are incredibly proud!

Our new members of HABS Book Club and our Student Librarians enjoyed the excitement of a book hunt to find the first book of a series to take home with them! We are very grateful to Amazon for providing us with 256 new books and their volunteers who helped.

Wandsworth Athletics Results pave the way for Harris Federation Sports Day

HABs students are well on their way to success in the upcoming Harris Federation Sports Day following a successful day at the Wandsworth Athletics competition.

                                      

42 students competed against other local schools at Battersea Millennium Arena in a range of Athletics events including everything from hurdles, long jump, shot putt and 1500m.

 

The students were a credit to the school winning medals in a variety of events.

 

Year 9

Kervon Martinez – Gold Triple Jump and Bronze 800m

D’Uvaughn Dixon – Bronze High Jump

Mehdi Bekouchi – Bronze Hurdles

Doneil Swaby – Bronze Shot Putt

Medhi Bekouchi, Julian Gyamfi-Opoku, Kervon Martinez and Romel Matias – Silver 4x100m Relay

 

Year 10

Kae-Chan Martin – Silver Shot Putt

Lameak Semereab – Gold Javelin

Endre Bagi – Bronze Javelin

Carlos Suarez, Tommie Bunter, J’Von Martinez and Enock Yeboah – Bronze 4x100m Relay
