HMRC came in to host an informative workshop for our Sixth Form students. Victoria and Jonny, from HMRC, explained what the tax system does and what the social implications are. It is great to develop life skills, such as this, with our students!

On Tuesday evening staff and Sixth Form students came together for a heartwarming Christmas celebration filled with food, reflection, music, and festive cheer. The evening began with a delicious spread of food generously donated by staff and students.

Today marks the last day of Anti-Bullying Week, and we’re learning how to recognise when someone might be experiencing bullying. Look out for changes in mood, behaviour, confidence, or friendships and always speak to a trusted adult if you’re worried about someone. Video

KS5 Charity Match

Huge thank you to all KS5 students and teachers for participating in the Charity Match on 19th December. They managed to raise over £200 for Doctors without Borders to support them with aiding medical care across the world in places of conflict!

Teachers went against KS5 students in a 9 a-side football match on Tuesday 19th December. The first half had Year 13 leading with 2-1, but the teachers regrouped and won their second half against Y12 with 1-0. As they shake hands at the end of the match with heads hanging low, players and spectators are happy with the money raised to support Doctors with aiding medical care across the world in places of conflict.
