Students at Harris Academy Battersea are today celebrating their excellent A-Level and vocational course results after putting in exceptional amounts of effort over the past two years. Over half of the students (60%) have secured a place at their top choice university.

Among those celebrating their results today is Dalia, whose diligence and strong work ethic has led to her achieving one A* and two As in her A Levels. She has secured a place to study Philosophy, Politics and Economics at the University of Oxford and will be the first in her family to attend university when she begins her course this autumn.

Other students celebrating their achievements today include:

  • Cindy who achieved two A*s and one A securing a place to study Mathematics at King's College London
  • Jamal, who achieved one A* and two As and will be going on to study Computer Science at Queen Mary University of London
  • Hanna who achieved one A* and two As and will be going on to study Economics at Queen Mary University of London

“I’m so happy," said Hanna after learning she had the grades she needed to study Economics at Queen Mary University. "I’m relieved I got into Queen Mary and I’m beyond happy with my results. I don’t think I would’ve made it especially without Mr Ogunlehe and Miss Chisolhm! Please say thank you so much to my teachers.”
