On Tuesday evening staff and Sixth Form students came together for a heartwarming Christmas celebration filled with food, reflection, music, and festive cheer. The evening began with a delicious spread of food generously donated by staff and students.

The Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Expedition

The recent Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Qualifying expedition was a resounding success, with all participants demonstrating exceptional teamwork, resilience, and determination. The group of 26 Year 9 students, accompanied by four teachers, spent two days navigating their way around the Addington area. 

One of the most impressive aspects of the expedition was the students' ability to work together, sharing skills and expertise to ensure the success of the group. Whether it was navigating through different terrains, constructing tents, or preparing meals, the students demonstrated a remarkable capacity for cooperation and collaboration.

All students should feel extremely proud of their accomplishments and I look forward to seeing students complete their Silver Award next year.
