Sixth Form and Staff Christmas Celebration
On Tuesday evening staff and Sixth Form students came together for a heartwarming Christmas celebration filled with food, reflection, music, and festive cheer. The evening began with a delicious spread of food generously donated by staff and students. The shared meal set the tone for an atmosphere of kindness and togetherness, reminding everyone of the spirit of giving that defines the season.
Ms. Bello led a thoughtful reflection activity, encouraging attendees to consider that gifts are not only physical items but also acts of love, kindness, and gratitude. Her words inspired many to think more deeply about the true meaning of Christmas and the Gift that we have been given. The celebration continued with an exciting Christmas Bible quiz. Laughter, friendly competition, and joyful participation filled the room as students and staff tested their bible knowledge of the nativity story. Sixth form student Serenity captivated the audience with a beautiful solo performance, her voice bringing a wonderful touch to the evening as she gave this gift of song. This was followed by Ms. McSween who ended the evening with a reflective poem.
The event was a resounding success, with smiles all around and a strong sense of community spirit. Everyone enjoyed the evening and felt it truly embodied the meaning of Christmas.
